Connect with GCMI and T3 Labs at GSACS 2017!
The Georgia Society of the American College of Surgeons (GSACS) promotes elevation in standards of surgical care. Each year, the society meets for an annual meeting aimed at further educating surgeons for the benefit of the healthcare system. GCMI and its subsidiary T3 Labs is thrilled to participate in this years meeting in St. Simons Island in a couple of ways: by participating as an exhibitor- showcasing excellence in bioskills training- and presenting on the Innovation cycle of medical devices.
Over 2,000+ physicians and allied health professionals come to T3 Labs for bioskills training programs every year, and with GSACS being a bioskills centric conference, we are excited to bring the training to them! T3 Labs provides physicians what they need when they need it with the highest quality service designed with their training needs in mind. We look forward to networking with Georgia’s leading surgeons and learning about their experiences in training and how we can better meet their needs in creating as close to a real OR experience as we can.
From concept to commercialization, GCMI works with physician innovators to facilitate education in design and engineering, as well as general knowledge in medical device developmental pathway. Front line clinicians are uniquely qualified to identify unmet needs, but the IP discovery and protection, addressable market assessment, design efficiency, prototyping and eventually testing on the path to FDA approval are insurmountable without the right team.
“One of GCMI’s top capabilities lies in their ability to support new medical device prototyping within their Midtown Atlanta facility. They provide the design, development and commercialization pathway expertise required to determine if something has enough value potential to foster through to the next waypoint.” – Dr. John Henson, Piedmont Healthcare Chief of Oncology Services
